Riad Kniza Marrakesh

My partner and I were enchanted by the Riad Kniza. The peacefulness of the hotel amidst the bustling Medina was a true oasis. The staff, especially hosts Malak and Fatiha, made us feel so welcome and relaxed. The breakfasts on the roof terrace were a highlight, and the attention to detail throughout our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for an lovely experience.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful pool and a fine rooftop garden. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a great variety of options. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to many attractions and the local market.

Breathtakingly restored riad with gorgeous plaster carving, tile work, and pool area. Attention to detail with fresh roses, traditional musicians, and delicious Moroccan food. Having breakfast on the terrace with a view of the city was a great start to each day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the city and visit nearby attractions.

The pool was disappointingly cold and unusable , which was a letdown. the soundproofing in our room was not great, and we could hear noise from outside and other guests, making it difficult to relax and sleep peacefully.

We stayed in a beautiful and elegant hotel, located on a narrow alley. The hotel was within walking distance to the main square and it felt like staying in an ancient oriental palace. Our room was massive with exquisite furniture, and the staff was lovely and accommodating, making our stay extra special. The rooftop where we had breakfast was a tranquil spot with great views. The hotel offered excellent services, including a phone with internet and international calling, making it easy to explore the city.

The pool was a bit too cold to swim in, despite the hot weather.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging airport transfers and even giving us a tour of the facilities. We loved the berber museum and artisanal products in the gallery. The room was spacious, clean, and luxurious, with a quiet atmosphere. The breakfast had a great variety of tasty food. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the Medina and the new town. a fantastic experience.

Fine Riad, authentic and luxurious. Wonderful staff, caring and accommodating. Beautifully decorated with interesting details. Great pool, hammam, and massage treatments. Delicious food, especially the rooftop meals. Helpful with tours and recommendations. Owner's museum is a must-visit.

Nothing, all excellent.

The exclusive amenities exceeded our expectations, with a luxurious Spa & wellness centre and indoor swimming pool. the service was exceptional, fulfilling all our needs. We enjoyed the live entertainment and the massage at the Spa lounge, and we relaxed in the steam room and Turkish bath. the garden area and sun terrace were peaceful retreats. the restaurant served amazing food, and we had the pleasure of enjoying in-room breakfast. The private facilities were an excellent touch, and the location was perfect for walking to all the sights, gathering with friends at the bar/ lounge area, and having breakfast with special diet menus. Cons: We had a minor issue with the leisure/ TV room, which wasn't as comfortable as the other areas and didn't have many entertainment options. this did not diminish our overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to have the opportunity to return soon.

Elegant and comfortable riad with traditional style. Convenient location, just a short walk from taxi drop off. Quiet side street location, indicated by sign board on main street. Tasty breakfast and exceptionally pleasant and helpful staff.

The customer service was excellent, with prompt confirmation of my reservation and helpful suggestions for tours. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with luxurious amenities and twice-daily service. Breakfast was a delicious and filling Moroccan feast, and the hotel staff were very good too ensure a wonderful stay. The location was also ideal, nice for easy access to the historic Medina and a short walk to the drop-off point for transportation.

The lack of European restaurants nearby meant having to venture out into the Medina for dining options. the busy high season made it necessary to book ahead for a room at this popular hotel.

Just a short walk away, you can find yourself in the bustling center square, where you can explore the lively fountains and soak in the vibrant atmosphere. The riad itself is like stepping into an ancient oriental palace, filled with stunning decor and luxurious furnishings. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and elegant bathrooms. The staff provide exceptional service, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Don't forget to indulge in the delicious breakfasts, served in the beautiful dining rooms or on the terrace with a view.

One downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the famous Jamaa Fana square, which is a must-visit attraction in the city.

We were initially unsure about the entrance through a bustling market, but once inside Riad Kniza, we were transported to a tranquil oasis. The attention to detail in the beautiful decor was amazing. The staff were discreet and helpful, making us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed meeting the owner and visiting his museum. Highly recommended for a relaxed and cute stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.
